TESTIMONIALS

itcomputes/The Source by Circuit City

"I was asked recently why I chose to build a new Source by Circuit City franchise in Carnduff, Saskatchewan rather than opting for a larger community relatively close by. The answer was simple: Carnduff is a great place to be in business! The town council understands and is committed to working with new ventures to support them and help them prosper. The local financial community has a grasp of the unique features associated with doing business in rural Saskatchewan, and the residents in and around Carnduff believe in supporting their own and prospering together. I attribute a large part of the successes we have achieved to this combination of support vehicles found in Carnduff. Recognized as the top new dealer store for The Source by Circuit City across Canada in 2007 against many larger communities, I guess my response should be, "Why wouldn't I be in business in Carnduff?" ~ Brian G. Cowie ~ Owner/General Manager for "itcomputes" and The Source by Circuit City in Carnduff

Subway

"We moved to Carnduff in 2005 where we purchased the SUBWAY restaurant. When we did our business case for this purchase we found Carnduff to be a unique small town. It is one that is growing and the progress is evident. The new High School was an added bonus for us! People here have been very friendly and supportive, making doing business here very easy. Business in SUBWAY hits the average for all Subway's in Saskatchewan - amazing for a town with a smaller population! We have decided to expand our service to the community by adding a Coffee House. A 2 - bay garage has been converted into a modern day establishment which we've named the 'William's Bay Coffee House' which should be functioning in the near future. I would highly recommend Carnduff to anyone looking at starting a business venture - it's a great place to live and a fantastic place to retire!! ~ Ed & Judith Oldridge ~ Owner/General Manager for Carnduff Subway/William's Bay Coffee House
